jllws Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on jllws, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the jllws platform, including registered account holders and visitors browsing the site.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these terms — although jllws does not permit proxy registrations. Each account must correspond to one individual Philippines-based user.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use jllws you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jllws
• Not be self-excluded from any gaming platform
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration

jllws reserves the right to request additional information to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and all login credentials associated with your jllws account. jllws implements OTP (one-time password) verification on every login as a platform-level security measure, but this does not transfer responsibility for your credentials away from you.

You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Allow another person to access your account
• Use another person's account under any circumstances

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All financial transactions on jllws are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit, play, or withdrawal process.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallet channels as displayed in the cashier section of your account. Available channels may change — the cashier always shows current options. The following payment types are not accepted for gaming transactions on jllws:

• Credit cards or charge cards
• Cryptocurrency or digital assets of any kind

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for the deposit

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Bets placed on jllws are final once confirmed. jllws reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where a manifest error in odds or game outcome has occurred
• Where suspicious or irregular betting patterns are detected
• Where the event or game has been abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed according to normal rules
• Where a technical fault has materially affected the outcome

For live casino games, the result determined by the dealer and confirmed on the live stream is final. For slots and electronic games, the result determined by the random number generator at the time the game is played is final. For sports bets, the rules specific to each market type apply and are accessible within the betting interface.

Winnings are credited to your account balance following settlement of the relevant event, game, or round. Settlement timelines vary by product and market type.

jllws employs monitoring systems to detect irregular activity. Any account suspected of prohibited activity may be suspended pending investigation, during which time access to funds may be restricted.

9 Limitation of Liability

jllws provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jllws is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings arising from platform downtime or technical errors outside our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the platform

11 Account Closure and Termination

jllws reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
